Mr. Naresh Sabharwal has founded the Shivam Group in the year of 1975 with the aim of merging his various business i.e. Construction, Real Estate, Hotels, Turnkey Projects and International Trade.
The Group is organized into different operating companies, which are structured around the line of business policies of the group and provide the focal point for synergistic combination of application of knowledge & technical skills.
Shivam through its associates and subsidiaries have Commissioned on turn-key basis over 29 projects in various cities across India. The projects vary from construction of Roads, Highway, Building Residential Societies, Commercial complexes and Hotels. In the last 25 years, the group has commissioned Projects for over Rs 8373 lacs. and made over 18.5lacs covered sq ft.
