Mr. Naresh Sabharwal has founded the Shivam Group in the year of 1975 with the aim of merging his various business i.e. Construction, Real Estate, Hotels, Turnkey Projects and International Trade.
The Group is organized into different operating companies, which are structured around the line of business policies of the group and provide the focal point for synergistic combination of application of knowledge & technical skills.
It has completed 29 real estate & construction projects till date and currently 4 projects of two four star hotels & two residential complex are coming in near future.
Our management expertise is supported by state-of-the-art information systems that interface to provide accurate estimating, efficient project management and effective cost-control. We are well known for our proactive and innovative approaches to the challenges that inevitably arise during major construction projects. We have substantial experience bringing difficult and sensitive projects to successful completion. Shivam’s USP has been to perform the toughest project, within the committed deadline below the projected costs
