Shivam was founded by Mr. Naresh Sabharwal in the year of 1975 with the aim of merging his various construction companies under one roof for ensuring better productivity & cost effectiveness and paving the way to diversification from his core business of Construction. The company has been in the business of construction ranging from building Societies, Roadway projects, Commercial centers and Hotels. Since then Shivam has always maintained a Unique Group Policy for being an organization acclaimed for quality, reliability and creativity for its products, realizations & services.

The Group is organized into different operating companies, which are structured around the lines of the business policies of the group. Shivam currently has 4 companies under its wing, with a strong, dynamic management team. Individuals are well experienced & specialized in their respective domains. Each member strives to the final extent to ensure Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS).
