Mr. Naresh Sabharwal has founded the Shivam Group in the year of 1975 with the aim of merging his various business i.e. Construction, Real Estate, Hotels, Turnkey Projects and International Trade. He has expereince of over 32 years Construction, Real Estate, Hotels, Turnkey Projects and International Trade. He has successfully handled approximately 29 projects at many locations in India.

Mr. Naresh Sabharwal has recently constructed a 4 Star Hotel at Badrinath with about 60,000 Covered sq.ft areas. Its a Shivam's prestigious project of a world-class hotel at an altitude of 11,000 feet above see level on the mountains of Badrinath to ensure a comfortable Stay for elite class pilgrims from across the globe. This hotel is of international Standards providing world-class amenities and conforming to all international safety Standards, and to add to its credit the company completed the project in less than one year which is a remarkable achievement at a altitude of 11000 ft.

He is a veteran of the real estate, construction and hotel business, having started his first company in the year of 1975. Since than he has successfully launched many companies including restaurants, hotels, real estate development, constructions, bars, pub and import business, building himself a business empire.

Naresh is a highly astute businessman who has achieved outstanding results over the last 30 years. His business acumen has earned him considerable respect and recognition. He has proven himself of being able to run both large and small business, successfully developing them into their full potential.

A graduate in Business Administration from Western International University, US University. He heads the Group’s International trade division as well as look after the purchases of land for construction of hotel, industrial, residential projects of the group. He is also handling the Group’s office situated at China as well as Dubai for many years.

He has also worked as an independent consultant to various companies in the area of real estate evelopment, construction and international trade for preparation of sound business plan, project report and solving the typical issues faced by them during the progress of the project.

He is a youngest member of the management and being very dynamic & hardworking. He has been in the business of construction ranging from building societies, residential, industrial projects, roadways projects, commercial complex and so on.

He has also handled an export house of readymade garments exclusively dealing into Japanese market thus has a flavor for giving customer oriented products on need basis.

A graduate in Mathematics from MDS University Ajmer. He has experience of over 17 years in Construction, Real Estate and Hotels. He has handled many projects including a 4 star hotel in Badrinath with 60000 sq feet area; a Mall/Business Complex at NOIDA sector 18, bungalow at Vasant Vihar New Delhi, an additional block at Fr. Angel School, bungalow at sector 49 NOIDA and shopping complex at sector 39 NOIDA and has expertise in procurement. He has joined the Shivam Group in 1994. Currently he is heading the Luxury group housing projects at Amritsar and Jammu.

A Graduate in Business Administration from Western International university, USA. She has an experience in working with Carlson hotels in different position under hotel operations in India. Dedicated team player, She specializes in revenue management. Presently she is working as General Manager with Sarovar Hotels. As one of the young member she brings youth and exuberance to the team.

An Engineering professional, with a first class degree in civil Engineering from Regional Engineering college, Srinagar, with varied experience of 28 years in the management and technical aspects of implementing turnkey construction projects, Marketing /business Development, Budgeting and financial controls at various levels in the corporate hierarchy . Have a good exposure and aptitude for liaison and Co-ordination in matters of technical and commercial nature. Having executed Infrastructural and Industrial projects like bridges, Roads, Dams, Tunnels, Power Projects (Hydro-electric & Thermal) and Submarine works like Harbors, oil breaths, cargo breaths, building docks, submarine crude oil pipe lines and Breakwaters etc. Have also executed commercial & residential buildings with high-class architectural finishes, including high-rise structures. Have flexible and adaptive work attitude and reasonable fair skill of inter personnel relationship.
